The Met Connection

The Details
The new subway project will extend 8.6 kilometres, starting at the existing Downsview station and ending in Vaughan.
The new stations(six in total) have been designed to achieve key goals and provide exceptional customer service through integrated design, bright open space and barrier-free access.
New Toronto Rockets will be purchased for the project, providing swift and state-of-the-art experience.
Sations include sustainable design features including green and cool roofs, drought resistant native species landscaping, biowwales, bird-friendly glass and energy efficient fixtures.
